Reviews & Comments of Email Marketing Campaigns in Gmail: Gumbamail chrome extension

Why is Gumbamail so easy to use. Until I attempt to purchase a plan? From the U.S., the is no VAT so apparently, they do not want customers in the U.S.? Additionally, with the free account, all my campaigns are landing in customers' junk or being blocked because they do not accept IPs being used by the service. I have no option but to stick with Mailchimp.

Don't write it's free when it's really not. It's not free guys. Beware. Only 250 emails are free which is B.S.

This is an awesome extension to chrome. I needed a test option to get started on the journey, and Gumbamail is precisely what I was looking for. I loved its ease and the available designs. A great editor embedded with lots of option saved me a lot of time. To take application to the next level, I would suggest not to load all the designs, but to keep my designs as the default and If I want only to view other designs. Because all the templates are shown as the default, the loading time is very high for me, and I was not able to use the slider to show only my designs. I am very grateful for the wonderful team behind the extension. Thank you. I appreciate you.

This is by far the most convenient email marketing tool for me and I would rather give up some of the big brand email marketing tools and choose this one instead.

I emails going to spam, and no one from support team answered to messages.

I have been looking for a tool just like this for use with my church's Google Workspace. We are small so we needed something lightweight and something that would integrate with what we already use. I created our first test campaign just now. Took only a few minutes after selecting a News type template. Replaced some text. Replaced some images. Added a row and off we go! Thanks for thinking of the smaller establishments and our needs. Much appreciated.

I like this extension. The only issue I've been encountering is that it slows down Gmail. If somehow that can be fixed, I would love to give 5 Stars.

umm looks cool but stops working.

Really good extension for writing newsletters and sending to subscribers BUT..... every time I open Gmail the extension appears in my browser at the top, but doesn't show in Gmail. Only solution I've found is to uninstall the extension then reinstall it :/ comments on how to resolve this would be most welcomed (using the Free version).

Easy to use. Lot of templates. The template editor is fair enough. Besides, we can track some basic statistics about the campaigns. Sometimes I came with problems when trying to save a template after modification. Other shortcoming is the high reponse delay when opening the templates sections. I couldn´t import my gmail contact list (too slow or even infinite loop). Overall experience is good.

Works, finally no limits on the newsletters I want to send. Very effective, good job!

Too many problems with this extension. 1. There is no customer support available even though the welcome email says "email back for any support" but the email keeps bouncing back. 2. Navigation is not very friendly. 3. Not sure if I can trust the delivery of emails, I tried using few personal emails to check the delivery and only 1 out of 4 emails received the email whereas the report showed delivered for all 4 emails. I hope the creators take this seriously instead of only getting to sign up customers for paid plan. Guys, please use the free version first instead of signing up for the paid version straightaway.

I can send email marketing campaigns directly on my Gmail account and it's easy to import email lists and personalize each email. This saves me a lot of time and I can follow-up on emails with the reporting tool.

Really easy and powerful email marketing tool. Huge template catalog and great editor embedded inside Gmail.
