After I installed the extension, instead of a setup screen I got a message that Free Email Tracker by Saleshandy might be shutting down so they weren't taking any more sign-ups. So if you use it, you might want to start shopping around for another email tracker. I wish they'd announce the possible shutdown BEFORE you install this extension, because you'll only to have to uninstall it again.

been around 2 years using it and never had any problem

If I open a sent email using my phone the software inicates the recipient opened the message, not me. This makes the program worthless and the data useless. I didn't believe it at first but then I tested to make sure and I was correct. DO NOT rely on this program.

Causing my to go to spam

Claimed to be free, after using it surprised for free trial and then all features disabled.

SalesHandy is an excellent tool to send out bulk emails and I would strongly recommend using this tool. I have checked out other tools too but nothing like SalesHandy. And it is very easy to use. Simple and very useful. You can customize and use dynamic values to send campaigns. I really recommend this tool.

So far, they have been very helpful with the campaigning process. Especially Hiranshi, she has been exceptional at answering our questions and going through the entire process from start to finish!

For tracking and having great storage for templates it is really great. However sequencing follow up form gmail it never auto populates the name of the contact. So a couple of people when I first used this feature got a Hello <<First Name>>, email. I couldn't figure out how to fix it so if sequencing is your number one need, look somewhere else.

This is easily one of the best email marketing services on the market right now. I say this for a few reasons. 1st: This tool is so simple to use, its ridiculous. Its a great tool for Mail campaign and mail tracking. Pros: Notifications, UI, Mail Scheduling are positives. Customer support is also good, they will solve your problems. Cons: It will take a long time for bulk campaign.

I love the app for its features and personalized customer experience. I so very wish if we could have duration spent by the recipient on the app available along with the email forward feature, that would have completed the email tracking journey for me from beginning to the end.

Saleshandy email campaigns have been very explosive for my insurance business. I like that my emails are tracked and I am notified when they have been opened. I recommend this software to anyone who is looking to grow their business.

Needed basic e-mail tracking for around 600 sales e-mails a month - works perfectly and notifications working well (I never liked notifcation e-mails so don't miss them). Reporting is a little basic at the lower subscriptions and system would benefit from better searching. Trial period is a great time to check it out before purchasing.

Not flawless, but you would be hard pushed to do better in email tracking terms. I've tried other stand alone products, products integrated into CRMs and mass mailing and all have substantially more flaws in this department... while I can't get specifics on who opens on a multi-send email, I'm getting reliability, a general idea about engagement, the frequency of interactions and click-throughs which is helpful in determining how I should develop these prospects

It advertised to be forever free and when I installed it says 14 days free period...Very confusing and better to delete than having to deal with the usual promo lies

I've done a lot of research on cold emailing, and SalesHandy is the best right out of the box. I tell my new clients (who have bought new domains): Gmail has restrictions against sending or receiving large amounts of emails per day. In most cases sending more than the limit allowed will likely hurt your email deliverability rate. However, using a service for this you won’t have to put your deliverability rate in any kind of risk. To do this, I'd suggest using "SalesHandy".

Really do rate this software - shows immediately as someone opens emails, forwards them, opens attachments and more. Didnt expect to be going for the premium package, yet here I am. Ha!

installed and activated the plugin, sent an email from the registered email to another email of mine. went to that email and opened the test email. went back to the saleshandy registered email showed not opened. however, when opening the test email in my phone, it then worked.

I've been using SalesHandy for the last couple of weeks now and it has already given me valuable insight in what my clients do when I sent them an email. The chrome extension and web app are easy to use and look slick. Love the feature of being able to download your data in a csv-file. On top of that, excellent and fast customer support, great user experience so far, keep it up!

Great app. Reasonable price. Excellent tech support the few times I needed. Used it for a year and would have continue to do so but the new CRM I purchased had built-in email tracking. When I emailed support to cancel, they did so the same day without any hassles.

Have been using sales handy recently and the platform is intuitive. what I love about saleshandy is the customer support! They respond back with solution and resolve your issues almost immediately. Most of all it saves me lot of time :-)

Seems to work well. The only issue I have with this email tracker is I'd like to see a plan with the same features as the free plan, but with the time limits removed. The additional features you get with the existing paid plans are mostly geared towards business. Which is exactly what they should be. But I'd pay to have the free plan without it's existing features crippled. I can't justify $9/$7 per month just to have access to more records.

We have been trying a lot of apps with different prices and features but SalesHandy have the strong features and great customer care. We are happy with our choice and we highly recommend everyone.

I have used this to track my emails for the past couple of years. It is excellent and their customer service is also first class. Over the years there have been a few times when things went wrong but they were soon fixed. Sadly some email clients do not show as opened but in my experience that around 10% and there is nothing that can be done about them. So I am happy to recommend SalesHandy

A very simple and easy integration with gmail, I'm still figuring out some things but they have a lot of video tutorial available so it shouldn't be that hard.

I was looking for a tool which could insert delay between 2 emails while doing an Email Campaign for my program. Tried SalesHandy and it perfectly matched my needs. We do regular email campaigns for our programs and it will be nice addition to set of tools we already have. Will test it more for a month and then will again write a detailed review.

It integrates with gmail very well. I use it with MS outlook as well. No glitch, Smooth experience. Extremely user friendly.

I have used sales handy for two weeks. Subscribing to paid plan now. It gave me a smooth flawless experience, the reporting and analytics just the way I wanted. The dashboard is super user friendly.

Does a phenoemnal job of integrating with Gmail and do human like follow up. Some of the features available on other popular CRMs are missing. Very good reliability on delivering emails. Packs a host of features and I am UI is super intuitive as well as their customer orientation.

I downloaded this product for an Outlook Plug-In and Email Campaigns. It has been a week and it has broken three times. They fix the problem but it takes an hour to do so. Every time I turn it off my computer then it stops working completely. This is an inferior product and I deserve a refund.

I'm confused. This is called a free for life email tracking extension. "100% free email tracking without any hidden signatures, logos or gimmicks." But immediately when I install it and open it, I see that it is actually a temporary free trial, and then I'm taken to their pricing page where the cheapest version is $9.00 a month. What am I missing?

Tested ContactMonkey as an early adopter for tracking emails and enjoyed it but lost access when it was put out to the general public and was not rewarded for being such. Switched to Hubspot, which worked well until starting to get to their small limit of 200 tracks. SalesHandy solves that issue and a whole lot more! The interface is easy to use, easy to deploy on Outlook and Gmail and with little resources on Outlook. Simply the best!

Such a great extension - this has definitely helped us secure sales and new business

Overall I like SalesHandy and find it useful, it deserve probably 3.5 stars. However, it has been buggy and service for issues is often slow or unresponsive. I use the Outlook version. For example, the most important emails to track will often randomly not track and there's no explanation. If an email goes into your drafts folder and you reopen and send, it will come up with an error message and not track. I also wish that when a notification pops up you have the option right then and there to mute that email chain instead of having to go to the browser, sign in, go to your emails and individually find it to mute it. It has a lot of room for improvement, but overall it tracks emails for a decent price without a bunch of frills I don't need.

I have been using Saleshandy for almost 1 year and before that i was using another service that was a lot like Saleshandy but cost a lot more per month and did not let you send out as many emails. After trying out Saleshandy i made the switch and very happy that i did.

I subscribed for a regular plan this after noon but still they saying I need to subscribe! I emailed & tried to call their virtual US phone number but no response after so many calls. There is nobody there to talk to? Customer support is PATHETIC. will be biggest mistake to use this disgusting service!!!

Very impressed easy to use followed their info to set it up (and vids) and worked right away. ****Amazing FAST customer service**** Plus along the way over a few weeks using it any questions I had or minor hiccups they were amazing customer service and email you back fast and offer to do live zoom video to help you and that was using the FREE version! Love the dashboard where you can go and see various latest information for your email campaigns or on opened emails or clicked links they may have been given to see and know if they did click on them- very clever and bottom line is really worth using and trying out sales handy totally recommend it!

Being a sales rep in 2019 means that you're constantly competing for the attention of prospects. We've all heard about the number of emails our prospects get on a daily basis. This is why I find SalesHandy so helpful. It allows me to track the success of my messaging and begin to figure out what's resonating and what's not. It also helps me figure out what the best time to send an email is to make sure they'll read it. Lastly, I can also get an idea of how engaged my prospect is based on the number of times they're opening my message. Especially when I see them opening the message after I've contacted them through a separate channel (LinkedIn, Phone).

We tried the Sales Handy Extension during a free trial. The interface was fairly easy to use and the customer service was excellent. Our only suggestion would be the ability to edit a campaign after it has been sent.

I truly couldn't be happier. The tool works wonderfully. Its very user friendly, very intuitive. I read the other comments and I truly don't get anything negative. I run a digital marketing team with 12 employees and we use a LOT of tools and this one has the VERY BEST service of any tool we use - no question! I love using this tool and the support when I have a question is world class!
